This privacy policy has been constituted in accordance with the Law No: 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), Article 10.

Identity of the Data Supervisor

Data supervisor in terms of your personal data processed within this application is Turkish Ministry of Health.

Purposes of Processing Personal Data

On the condition of being limited with the period of combat against pandemic, personal data of yours which are processed within this application have been processed for these reasons:

• ID data: National ID number, father’s name and date of birth data are processed for identity verification. You can also use the application with some limitations without entering these data. If you do not want to enter National ID number, you must enter your age for the calculation of COVID-19 risk score.
• Communication data: In the first download, your GSM number has been processed to enter the code to be sent via SMS and verify your mobile phone. Only one-time registration is possible with every GSM number, more than one person cannot use the application with the same GSM number. Besides, in order to send invitation to your loved ones whom you want to track in the “Family” tab of the application, you must enter their GSM numbers or pick them from the contact list.
• Location Data: Your location data are processed for displaying your location on the map, displaying of risk and COVID-19 positive case density in your current area, detecting your isolation location, sending notification to you if you leave this location and informing related authorities.
• Health data: Your health data are processed to determine your COVID-19 risk status. Depending on your answers to the questions to be posed, you can be asked to visit nearest healthcare facility or further questions will be posed on your disease symptoms periodically.
• Occupation data: Data specifying the issue if you are a healthcare worker and have contact with patients have been processed for determining the disease risk level.

Transmission of Personal Data

On the condition that you leave your isolation zone; identity, communication and location data acquired with this application have been shared with Ministry of Interior and police forces.

Method and Legal Reason of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data have been acquired with fully automatic methods through this application and processed in accordance with KVKK, Article 6, Clause 3 for protection of public health, preventive medicine, performing medical diagnosis, treatment and care services; and the planning and management of healthcare services. Procession is realized by persons or authorized institutions and organizations with confidentiality obligation.

Rights of Related Persons

You can use your rights which are in KVKK, Article 11 by applying to the Ministry, in accordance with KVKK Article 13 and related provisions of Notification on the Procedures and Principles to Apply for Data Supervisor (Notification on the Applying to Data Supervisor).
